For Lucky Chef GmbH, I worked on the continuous design and development of their digital ecosystem, including the marketing website, Shopware-based online shop, and mobile applications.
The focus was on improving the overall user experience, refining the visual design, and continuously expanding the platform with new content and features.
Problem
The platform required ongoing improvements across multiple touchpoints, including website, shop, and mobile apps. User flows were not fully optimized, and the visual design lacked consistency in some areas.
At the same time, new pages and features needed to be implemented regularly while maintaining a coherent design system and smooth user experience.
Approach & Implementation
The work focused on continuously improving UX and UI while supporting content growth and ensuring consistent implementation across all platforms.
Created mockups and interactive prototypes to explore ideas, validate concepts, and define user flows before implementation.
Designed user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and modern visual language.
Analyzed and improved user flows to create smoother, more intuitive interactions across the platform.
Implemented scroll- and hover-based animations to enhance usability and create a more engaging experience.
Built and maintained Shopware “Erlebniswelten”, including content structures and reusable modules for flexible page creation.
Customized the Shopware theme using Twig and SCSS to align the frontend with the design requirements.
Developed shop pages, landing pages, and blog/pillar pages to support marketing and content strategies.
Worked closely with an external development team to ensure accurate UI implementation and continuous improvements across web and mobile apps.
Results & Impact
The result is a more consistent, user-friendly, and visually refined digital experience across website, shop, and mobile applications.
Improved user flows and a cohesive design system enhance usability, while the flexible content structure enables efficient ongoing updates and growth.
